Note that Apple’s Steve Jobs is seen here dining next to President Obama. A radical new approach to health insurance. Wal-Mart says it will require employees who smoke to pay a larger share of their health insurance premiums. Life insurers have been charging you more if you smoke or drink or have a dangerous occupation for a long time. Now Wal-Mart says it can’t keep shouldering all the health care insurance costs for part-time workers, smokers, and even full-time workers.
