If you can’t win ’em, steal ’em! That’s what Boston.com is describing as Rick Santorum’s new strategy to prevent Mitt Romney from winning the GOP nomination. The former Pennsylvania senator took a double-digit loss in Illinois this past week, and as he looks forward to Louisana’s State Primary, Santorum strategists say new tactics will be put in play.
