The National Organization for Women (NOW) is calling the Republican presidential ticket of Romney and Ryan “the most dangerous men in America,” claiming they want to ban birth control and abortion.  Obama groups are running ads with a woman staring soulfully into the camera, intoning “It’s a scary time to be a woman” and claiming that new Romney VP pick Paul Ryan would end birth control and choice.

The president of the United States even sent out this Tweet to  over 18 million Twitter followers a few days ago: “Make sure the women in your life know: Paul Ryan supports banning all abortions, even in cases of rape or incest. “  How disgusting, since Barack Obama certainly knows it’s simply not true. Yet you’ll see more and more of these frantic attempts to demonize the Republicans as woman-haters — it’s their throw-granny-over-the-cliff strategy, 2.0.

Republicans want to deny our reproductive rights!  They’ll time-travel you back to the 50’s and force you to be barefoot (not even flip-flops) and pregnant!

Bull-sleaze. The NOW ladies are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Democratic Party. They and the campaign are lobbing these lies like grenades to panic women into voting for them. They’re crazy-desperate because that’s the only way their side can win.

Romney and Ryan are indeed against the Obamacare mandate forcing religious institutions to provide free birth control against the teachings of their faith. This dictate is a clear violation of First Amendment freedom of religion and will likely be overturned by the Supreme Court. But it doesn’t mean they want to ban birth control: that’s like saying if I don’t like pizza and refuse to pay for your pizza, you are banned from pizza!

Meanwhile, Barack Obama has presided over the destruction of our national economy, the economy he pledged to fix if elected. Instead, his failed policies have made it so bad that now one in seven Americans are using food stamps. When he took office three years ago, 30 million Americans received them; now it’s 46 million, a jump of over 50%. Due to his mismanagement of the economy and the failure of his “job stimulus” 45 million are now jobless or under-employed and 100 million of the 300 million people in this country are now on some kind of government welfare according to the U.S Census — many on two or three assistance programs. http://www.infowars.com/more-than-100-million-americans-are-on-welfare/   And that doesn’t even include the huge numbers on Social Security or Medicare.

His drastic stands against domestic oil and coal production have raised our gas prices as well as the prices we pay for groceries and everything else that’s transported by truck. While our families can’t afford a summer vacation and often struggle to put food on the table, he’s given away billions of our taxes in grants for “green jobs” to his campaign donors who own alternative energy ventures like Solyndra that then conveniently go bankrupt and keep all our money. In less than three years, he’s added nearly 6 trillion dollars to a federal deficit he inherited at 9.5 trillion. That’s a huge drag on our economy; worse, it’s going to cripple our kids and grandkids’ futures as they struggle to repay it.

So who’s more dangerous: the president who’s already destroying our economy and our families’ futures and showering his buddies with our tax dollars, or two earnest, decent, Republican candidates who want to revive the America we love – prosperous, safe, and secure?
