Richard Land, the powerful leader of the Southern Baptist Convention calls for Newt Gingrich to come clean now and completely about his debatable past with the women in his life. Do you think Newt has already answered this question?
“The good news is, as you know Evangelicals are a forgiving people, who having experienced redemption and forgiveness in their own spiritual lives, are most often willing to extend it to others who ask for it. Consequently, a high percentage of Evangelical men are willing to cut you some slack over your turbulent marital history. The bad news is that Evangelical women are far less willing to forgive and let bygones be bygones. There is a large and significant gender gap on the issue of your two previous marriages. My research would indicate a majority of men, but less than a third of Evangelical women are currently willing to trust you as their president.”

The National Review Online announced that Herman Cain is ‘reassessing’ his candidacy:
“It’s also taken a toll on my wife and family, as you would imagine,” he concluded. “Any time you put another cloud of doubt, unfortunately, in the court of public opinion, for some people, you’re guilty until proven innocent. And so, the public will have to decide whether they believe her or whether they believe me. That’s why we’re going to give it time, to see what type of response we get from our supporters.”
Time, he doesn’t have much of at the moment …

“And while Cain unequivocally said there was no affair, just a “friendship,” Wood’s statement to Atlanta’s WAGA-TV didn’t contain anything close to a denial; instead, it admonished the media to keep its nose out of Cain’s private life with paperback-rack talk about the conduct of consenting adults.
As each new allegation has surfaced, Cain has continued to suggest that there is more to come. He spoke to Blitzer in almost mathematical terms, as if being accused of harassment and infidelity was a simple matter of probability.
“I mean, think about it, Wolf. You go through life and you believe that you have some people that are friends. And when someone that appears to be a friend turns around and concocts this story, you’ve got to question, the hundreds of thousands of people that I have met in my life?,” Cain said. “A hundred thousand people could possibly come out.”
It’s as if Herman Cain is beginning to insult the intelligence of the American people…especially women. Read the full story which is making great fodder for the L.A. Times.

America-bashing Reverend Jeremiah Wright is the originator of the title of Barack Obama’s book…”The Audacity of Hope?”

Now The Daily Caller uncovers an important amateur video revealing that Barack Obama not only was married by Wright, and blessed his children in Wright’s hands, but was inspired by him. The video is here.

“The Tea Party point of view of no compromise whatsoever is not a point of view that will eventually produce a presidential candidate who will win.”
This from former Secretary of State Colin Powell on ABC’s This Week. Is the General correct? Will we sell our votes down the river on principle and leave Barack Obama in the Oval Office to sink our economy? Tea Party voters are fed up with Congress, AND the President. We don’t think any respectable Tea Party Patriots will waste their sacred votes. Read EXACTLY what Powell put on the record.
