Oops…Pastor Jeremiah White WAS An Inspiration To Barack Obama

Chicago's Reverend Jeremiah Wright....Anti-American In Philosophies

In the 2008 presidential election President Barack Obama distanced himself from Chicago Pastor Jeremiah White and his often anti-American philosophies, despite admitting membership in his congregation, and for good reason:

“God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.”   In addition to damning America, he told his congregation on the Sunday after Sept. 11, 2001 that the United States had brought on al Qaeda’s attacks because of its own terrorism.

“We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye,” Rev. Wright said in a sermon on Sept. 16, 2001.

“We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America’s chickens are coming home to roost,” he told his congregation.”

Now, The Daily Caller discovers a shocking amateur video which shows Obama campaigning in 2006 and admitting that the title for his famous book, “The Audacity of Hope”, was actually stolen from and inspired by Pastor Wright:

Who is Barack Obama?  After three years in the Oval Office, the honest truth is that Americans really still don’t know.  The Obama’s claim to have been Christian members of Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ.  They were married by Jeremiah Wright.   Jeremiah Wright baptized his daughters.  Yet, Barack Obama has always claimed Wright’s radical views were not his own.

Obama Borrowed "Audacity of Hope" from Reverend Wright

Why attend HIS church then?  Instead of another?  Was his membership in that powerful South Chicago church important to his political career in the Black community?

More importantly, if Jeremiah Wright was not an inspiration to the President, why borrow the title of your only book, from Jeremiah White?
