You don’t think that the CBS 60 Minutes crew would EDIT Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney in an unfavorable way do you? The problem? Romney and Ryan were so personally POWERFUL together, that it was impossible for CBS to offer up anything other than a VALENTINE!
Even so, you might be interested in what landed on the editing room floor!

Romney answered critics who say Ryan’s Medicare plan will hurt the ticket’s chances, especially in Florida.
“There’s only one president that I know of in history that robbed Medicare, $716 billion to pay for a new risky program of his own that we call Obamacare,” Romney said.
“What Paul Ryan and I have talked about is saving Medicare, is providing people greater choice in Medicare, making sure it’s there for current seniors. No changes, by the way, for current seniors, or those nearing retirement. But looking for young people down the road and saying, “We’re going to give you a bigger choice.” In America, the nature of this country has been giving people more freedom, more choices. That’s how we make Medicare work down the road.”

Ryan added, “My mom is a Medicare senior in Florida. Our point is we need to preserve their benefits, because government made promises to them that they’ve organized their retirements around. In order to make sure we can do that, you must reform it for those of us who are younger. And we think these reforms are good reforms. That have bipartisan origins. They started from the Clinton commission in the late ’90s.”

Here’s The Plain Truth on Paul Ryan and Medicare: He has a brilliant solution. PUT COMPETITION into it, and take the failing hand of government OUT OF IT! Take care of the needy, and let everyone else CHOOSE the kind of Medicare they want. Nothing changes for current Seniors. But those of us coming up the pike, looking at a DEAD END…will have something to look forward to! And control over it as well.
The only evil in that…is that Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama won’t be able to sell VOTES with it!

When we see posts like this we must repost and share them to get the truth to the public. We all know that the mainstream media is for Obama. So it is left up to us to get the truth out from the distorted lies the media is putting out.
I’m a Christian, and every day I have to fight the hate that wells up within me for the president, Dems and the media. I have to pray for God to help me get rid if it, then I read something like this article about 60 minutes & Bob Sheiffer. It just keeps coming. This administration has taught us one thing and that is hate. God help us.
For all of your bluster on this site, all of you are just as guilty as those who you are slamming. Half truths, personal opinions instead of facts, running with perceptions, throwing religion into it. If Romney loses, then will you accept it as God’s plan? No you won’t, but if he wins you would. Makes no sense. And as far as the mainstream media, remember Bain Capital owns Clear Channel which airs Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity and the like. Bain Capital, you know them,,,,,,,,,,,,,they used to have Romney as their leader? So watch out when you yell bias, it works both ways.
Here’s a quick rundown of the latest Ryan plan:
For seniors who are now in Medicare, nothing changes. They can stay with the traditional program as it is.
Beginning in 2023, 65-year-olds would have their choice of insurance plans — private and traditional — on a new Medicare exchange. A premium-support payment, like a subsidy, would be sent to the plan of their choice.
If the chosen plan costs more than the premium-support, the senior would pay the difference.
The Medicare eligibility age would be slowly raised to 67 by 2034.
All plans on the Medicare exchange would offer a base level of benefits, and they would be regulated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The premium-support payments would be tied to the second-cheapest plan, which can’t grow more than gross domestic product plus 0.5 percentage points. If the cost does grow faster, Congress would be required to step in and take some action to keep costs down.

Big corporate ownership is trading edits like this for gov’t favors, you can bet on it. Same as the cozy relationship between public employee unions and the democrats. They know this sort of thing works and perpetuates $ and unfair news coverage. I hope FOX gets behind this and shine a light on this kind of jive. An apology? You know Obama wouldn’t, and he is them.

Obama, is against Christians, and Jewish, we must pray that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, will be able to beat all of the fraud, of Soetoro-Obama, and the Black Panthers, disney characters, dead people, and people who vote more than once !!!
