Why does Senator Harry Reid have a bead on Romney? Bad conscience.
Why is Harry Reid the designated Democrat hit-man for Mitt Romney? Aren’t they in the SAME CHURCH? Harry Reid, is the Senate Majority Leader, but Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, JESSE JACKSON, and many other trained Democrat officials and pundits could certainly step in. We think Senator Reid is fearful that a President Romney might start digging into the books…and find Harry’s dirty laundry.
The explanation is found in the known whisperings about Harry Reid in his home state of Nevada:

1- Like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid has apparently benefited greatly through his many years of “public service.” The poor boy from Searchlight, Nevada, has made a fortune from deals he shepherded through the Senate. The latest, a questionable $4.5 billion “bullet train” project, called “The Train To Nowhere,” from Las Vegas to a dusty, out of the way, town called Victorville, California. Reid is reported to have quietly been enriched by 10-$15 million. Let’s see YOUR federal income tax returns Harry Reid.
2- Each ofHarry Reid’s 3 sons, and even his only son-in-law, are in the family business: they are all LOBBYISTS. Let’s invite Scott Pelley of 60 Minutes to dig deeper than the L.A. Times investigation and explore this thoroughly. You would have thought at least ONE would have wanted to be an NBA basketball player!

3-Finally, Michelle Malkin has repeatedly reported that Senator Harry Reid shepherded a special bridge -building project over the Colorado River…conveniently near 160 acres of his own property! From HOT AIR:
“In 2005, Sen. Reid sponsored an $18 million earmark to build a bridge over the Colorado River. Coincidentally, a few miles from the bridge’s location is a 160-acre parcel of land owned by one Senator Harry Reid. So, yes, Reid’s own earmark greatly increases the value of his huge swath of land.”
Honesty IS his policy.
WHY, you ask, would Senator Reid be on the warpath about Mitt Romney? He doesn’t want Mitt Romney digging into the books.

The term was used by the REPUBLICAN PARTY to support the repeal of the Estate Tax by creating a false impression of the tax in the mind of the voter. In the U.S. prior to 2001, the Estate Tax almost exclusively applied to the extremely wealthy with assets totaling upwards of two million dollars. Through careful manipulation, the Republican Party managed to convince almost a fifth of the American electorate that the Estate Tax would apply to them, whereas in reality it affected less than 2% of estates.
This led to the passage by the U.S. Congress, in 2001, of legislation to eliminate the estate tax gradually over a period of nine years. However, in 2010, the year when estate taxes were eliminated altogether, the lame-duck Democratic Congress passed a bill restoring the estate tax, albeit at a much lower level than previously and a much higher minimum taxable value.
The policy of eliminating the estate tax has been criticized as creating a permanent aristocracy despite the facts that it does not (unlike many tax policies and loopholes) give rich people any special tax privileges, and that the U.S. had no estate taxes until 1916.
