TEN EASY STEPS TO CREATING YOUR OWN WHITE HOUSE SCANDAL:

1-Accept large political donations to Obama ’08 presidential war chest  from billionaire and Solyndra investor George Kaiser.

2-Grant Steve Spinner, another big Obama donor a JOB as “Loan Programs Advisor” in the Office of the Secretary in the U.S. Department of Energy.  Give him the authority to oversee $100 billion in loan guarantees and direct lending authority of monies from: THE STIMULUS!

3-Make sure Steve Spinner signs ethics disclosure promising his wife’s law firm will not benefit from his job.  See to it that her law firm, Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley, makes $2.5 million guiding the first $535 million loan to Solyndra Solar Power…anyway.

4-Ignore cries from the Office of Management and Budget that there is too much pressure to grant half a billion in loans to Solyndra when it is clear that the company has no concrete plan to maintain enough working capital to guarantee its future.

5-Ignore Office of Management and Budget and listen to Vice President Joe Biden instead, who has agreed to appear at the ground-breaking for Solyndra facility, and wants to be able to talk up “green jobs.”

6-Ignore better judgment and allow billionaire Obama donor George Kaiser to visit The White House four times during the months before his Solyndra loans are approved.  Make sure that he meets with the most senior aides of the President, including Valerie Jarrett.

7-Arrange for the President to make personal appearance at Solyndra to thank his billionaire donor George Kaiser and show support for green jobs funded by the STIMULUS.  Take lots of pictures.  Have President personally handle solar panels.

8-Fail to notice that Steve Spinner, Loan Programs Advisor ” beats a path” out of his job at the Department of Energy when Solyndra and other loan guarantees start to melt down.

9-When Solyndra starts to show signs of money problems, instead of insisting the company find more private capital, prepare to INVEST another $429 million of sacred taxpayer dollars.  Remember, billionaire donors need to be nurtured for 2012.

10-After Solylndra files bankruptcy and the FBI crashes down the doors to seize records, put President Obama on TV in a national interview so that he can explain that green energy investments often end up wasting a lot of money in start-up, and that’s why the taxpayers are the ones that should be robbed.  They’re the only ones who can print money.  Have President act completely comfortable with the loss of a billion taxpayer dollars to make viewing audience feel at home with it.

OOPS.  11- Have the head of the Energy Loans Program step down to take “another opportunity” to show intervention by The White House.

OOPS. 12- Instruct Solyndra Chief Operating Officer Brian Harrison and Chief Financial Officer Bill Stover to “Take The Fifth” when called before congressional inquiry to insure that bread crumbs are not dropped leading to Steve Spinner, Vice President Joe Biden, Valerie Jarrett, and Barack Obama.

P.S.  Don’t worry about Steve Spinner being out of a job.  His wife received a big bonus when her law

firm had a big year from the $2.5 million injection of fees from the Solyndra job.  Spinner continues as a “Senior Fellow At The Center For American Progress, which is operated by former Clinton White House lead aide, John Podesta.  The Center For American Progress is the single most influential outside adviser to the Obama White House.
