Rick Santorum is starting to feel the glare of media scrutiny having won three Primary State Caucuses last week. Now critics of former Senator Rick Santorum are digging up some of the dirt which led to his Senate loss in 2006. Santorum literally moved away from Pennsylvania and bought a giant house in Virginia so that his family could remain together while he served in Washington. However…he billed the State of Pennsylvania over a hundred thousand dollars for his kids’ “cyber school” education. Voters didn’t like it, and many feel this was one of the key reasons Rick Santorum lost his job in Pennsylvania….by 400,000 votes. Here’s the story. You decide if it’s petty or not!

We’re just a little perplexed by Sarah Palin’s comments to the media at CPAC. Always focused on message, and intent on the best for the country, it seems odd that Palin is encouraging a long, drawn-out and expensive GOP battle among candidates who are under-funded and many, not even on all the Primary ballots! Isn’t a long, contentious year of sniping going to help Barack Obama and the Democrats all across the country? Here are her remarks, and you can judge for yourself.

Following The Kitchen Cabinet’s personal look at Mitt Romney this week, here is a backgrounder on Rick Santorum and his life in public office, and private life. In many ways, Rick Santorum has had a bit of a bumpy ride on Capitol Hill. Much of that seems behind him as he runs the leanest of all campaigns for the presidency, but continues…to win.

Mitt Romney went to CPAC today to once again try to prove his Conservative credentials. His speech was well-received, the media even claims he said all the right things. But in a rare, exclusive interview conducted immediately after his address, the usually not-so-friendly Washington Post peels back the layers and the real Romney everyone has been waiting for, emerges.

Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum had a Tuesday night to remember! The only thing that might have made it better was if Minnesota, Missouri and Colorado also AWARDED delegates along with his great win. But Santorum takes the victory, the visibility and the lift onto next states, and that’s a huge win for his campaign. Here are the official numbers from all three Caucuses.

There’s a message here in this on-air radio conversation held this week by national talk show host Dennis Prager. One man with an axe to grind, ended up getting “ground” himself…for attacking a religion in the presence of a famous member of the Jewish faith. Not to be missed.

Whoops. An overnight about-face from the Obama administration. The Obamas big ticket dinners and other fundraising efforts have apparently hit a dry spell. Yesterday when the President told the TODAY SHOW that he was not comfortable with all the money Super PAC’s are putting into the presidential race, apparently he didn’t mean it! Overnight, The Drudge Report and CNN are reporting that his campaign is going to ratchet up their fundraising…because donations have been…anemic. The GOP? On fire.

Matt Lauer welcomed the President of the United States on the Today Show this morning. Probably one of dozens appearances to come as Obama tries to rehabilitate his image. Lauer conducted the interview as if David Axelrod, Obama’s campaign manager, had written the questions! The only good news? The Today Show’s audience has dipped to almost half of what it used to be. You can hear all you need to hear….HERE!
