A new and dangerous threat is living in the backpacks, the lockers, the cars, and the pockets of your teen’s friends. Even “good” kids. Parents everywhere need to become informed and vigilant about the new, seemingly innocent packaging and names for drugs that are stealing the lives of children, teens, young adults, and of course adults, everywhere. They are more potent, more inexpensive, and more available…than ever. Protect your families.

The Wall Street Journal says today that the Obama administration and others might learn a thing or two from the LDS Welfare system…a partner of America’s Red Cross and The Salvation Army in disaster relief and compassionate service. How do they do it? Teaching self-reliance and service. It works! The LDS Church is KEEPING people off of welfare rolls.

This billboard says it all. It’s The ECONOMY Stupid. Remember? So why are men filling the airwaves with remarks about BIRTH CONTROL which are often unkind and insensitive to women? Newsflash: Women are focused squarely on the fact that they could lose their homes, their jobs, their futures. Barack Obama wants a thick smokescreen veiling the wreckage of the U.S. economy. Contraception is as good…as any.

Rick Santorum is starting to feel the glare of media scrutiny having won three Primary State Caucuses last week. Now critics of former Senator Rick Santorum are digging up some of the dirt which led to his Senate loss in 2006. Santorum literally moved away from Pennsylvania and bought a giant house in Virginia so that his family could remain together while he served in Washington. However…he billed the State of Pennsylvania over a hundred thousand dollars for his kids’ “cyber school” education. Voters didn’t like it, and many feel this was one of the key reasons Rick Santorum lost his job in Pennsylvania….by 400,000 votes. Here’s the story. You decide if it’s petty or not!

We’re just a little perplexed by Sarah Palin’s comments to the media at CPAC. Always focused on message, and intent on the best for the country, it seems odd that Palin is encouraging a long, drawn-out and expensive GOP battle among candidates who are under-funded and many, not even on all the Primary ballots! Isn’t a long, contentious year of sniping going to help Barack Obama and the Democrats all across the country? Here are her remarks, and you can judge for yourself.

Following The Kitchen Cabinet’s personal look at Mitt Romney this week, here is a backgrounder on Rick Santorum and his life in public office, and private life. In many ways, Rick Santorum has had a bit of a bumpy ride on Capitol Hill. Much of that seems behind him as he runs the leanest of all campaigns for the presidency, but continues…to win.

Mitt Romney went to CPAC today to once again try to prove his Conservative credentials. His speech was well-received, the media even claims he said all the right things. But in a rare, exclusive interview conducted immediately after his address, the usually not-so-friendly Washington Post peels back the layers and the real Romney everyone has been waiting for, emerges.
