Ron Paul Makes A Play For WASHINGTON ST.
March 1, 2012
Ron Paul is writing some big checks this week. His campaign has been saving its war chest for commercials in the Independent-packed State of Washington and in Vermont. Two states which surely would embrace Paul’s economic AND foreign policy positions.
Criticized by Rick Santorum for “partnering” with Mitt Romney in the last GOP presidential debate, Paul says he has done nothing of the kind. “He pulled that out of the air because there’s no truth to it. If he wants to spend his energy doing that, you can’t do anything about it. He dreamt that up.” says Congressman Paul.
Ron Paul announced Wednesday he was launching television ads in Washington state and Vermont, two states he hopes will give him his first win in the 2012 GOP nominating process.
The 60 second spot running in Washington slams his rivals as uniformly non-conservative, and includes a scathing critique of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who Paul has largely ignored in his attacks during the 2012 election season. Here are a couple of favorites:
In the television ad released Wednesday, Paul also hits the two other candidates in the race, slamming Gingrich as “a serial hypocrite who lobbied for Freddie Mac before the housing crisis,” and Santorum as “a counterfeit conservative who opposes right to work, massively increased spending and funded Planned Parenthood.”
“Three of a kind” will run on cable in Washington state beginning Wednesday and will air until the state’s caucuses on Saturday.
Paul Campaign Chairman Jessie Benton says, “This airtime purchase and forthcoming buys elsewhere advance the delegate-attainment strategy that will help Ron Paul win the Republican nomination as we continue along this exhaustive 50-state campaign, a race we are prepared to stay in and win.”

Ron Paul does it again! Can’t get the story straight and is running with the same old warn out lies. Paul is a joke and a danger to this country. Save the constitution? Under a Paul administration we won’t have a constitution to worry about because we’ll probably be under Sharia!
Ron Paul is one of you congressmen, and you probably know him best. We see a 76-year old doctor who wants extreme economic reforms, some probably not realistic. His foreign policy ideas…no one takes seriously. But in the debate among some real characters this year, Paul has kept us focused on the crime of the century: Washington leaders ripping us off. For that, we thank him.
Ron Paul is the front runner for the republican nomination by miles. He has been battling the foreign owned Federal Reserve his whole career, they are responsible for our financial downfall. His foreign policy is simply following the rules of the constitution. No other candidate knows more about the constitution and the proper application than Ron Paul. There is solid evidence of voter fraud in just about every state. Do some research into voter fraud 2012 and you will be shocked.
The run-of-the-mill Republican candidates are a disgusting display of what we have to offer our grand nation. If the apple cart needs to be upset to get things running right again, so be it! I’ll be voting for Ron Paul in the primary and hopefully in the general election.
