According to this latest telephone survey from Rasmussen conducted yesterday, Romney has pulled ahead of Santorum in Romney’s home state of Michigan:

This Michigan survey of 750 Likely Republican Primary Voters was conducted on February 23, 2012 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 4 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.

In their Arizona telephone survey, it’s not such good news for Santorum either:

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Arizona Republican Primary Voters finds Romney leading Santorum 42% to 29%. The survey, taken after the last scheduled debate of the GOP candidates, finds Romney up three points and Santorum down two from a week ago when it was a 39% to 31% race.

That one shows Gingrich at 16% and Paul trailing at only 8%. These are tough numbers for all but Romney as only 3% of the likely voters are undecided in Arizona. Still, voters have to turn out and vote — guess that’s why it’s called a horse race!
