Fox Women Say Perry Needs To Apologize To Romney
October 16, 2011

Love One Another?

Do you think Governor Rick Perry has put the religious bigotry question to rest?  He has never really responded to the loud criticism of approving Pastor Jeffers  bigoted introduction at a campaign event.  But does the Governor win with the Christian Right, which is he courting, if he does?

Pastor Jeffers distinguishes Mormons from Christians because he believes faithful people are not Christians if they don’t embrace the Trinity, or God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost as individuals all with the power of God, but also one “essence.”   Mormons have a slightly different view of the Godhead, seeing each of the Godhead as individual beings united in the work of God the Father.   Does any of that REALLY MATTER?  Apparently to Pastor Jeffers.  Does it disqualify you from serving as President of the United States or from being complimented by the word “Christian?”   Christians are those who follow Christ.  Seems like splitting hairs!

Here’s what Judith Miller, KT McFarlane andDoneen Borelli said this week about the Mormon Issue on Fox News.  Fox doesn’t permit embedding of videos, so just click on this link to be taken directly to the interview!
