President Obama met with world leaders in the Open Government Partnership gathering at the United Nations.  This photo was shared with us and we wanted to share this fun moment with The Cabinet!  If you’re a world leader, I imagine it’s best not to EVER wave in a group photo.  Or at least….not alone!
