What do you think Obamacare taxes will REALLY cost you? Well, imagine unleashing Democratic staffers on a stack of legislation, never to be read until it was TOO LATE! It’s like a dam break.
For women who watch their money, here’s what you can expect: at least 20 new taxes on American earnings:
OBAMATAX SURPRISES:
Dig out another 4% for the Feds whenever you sell your house.
1)Tax on Home Sales: Yes…if you make more than $250,000 a year, the Federal Government now has the right to charge you a 4% surtax on any sale of you primary residence, secondary residence, townhomes, co-ops, condominiums and even rental income. This will be just like paying your realtor 10% on the sale of your house….only the government will get almost half of it.
2)The Famous Individual Mandate Tax – if you have insurance you don’t pay. If you don’t have insurance you pay on a graduating scale. It goes up every year.
3) Medicine Cabinet Tax – Tax on prescriptions.
What kind of care will our children get?
4) Medical Itemized Deduction- What families and individuals can deduct as a “medical expense” will come DOWN.
5) Health Savings Account (HSA) Withdrawal Tax Hike – When you withdraw…YOU PAY TAX. What’s the point? Health Savings account are designed to be PRE-TAX to help pay for medical costs! Lunatics.
6) Indoor Tanning Services Tax??? – Tax anything that moves department. Places a 10% tax on Tanning Salons!!!! This is just like a tax on tobacco, cell phones, gasoline, and…breathing. Coming soon!

7) Excise Tax on Comprehensive Health Insurance Plans – Tax your health plan too????
8) Employer Mandate Tax – Forces companies to provide insurance of some kind or pay a “tax.”
9) Tax on Medical Device Manufacturers – 2.3% tax on U.S. sales of those who dare to make a profit in the healthcare industry. Leave no stone unturned Democrats!
10) Surtax on Investment Income – Being taxed TWICE on investment money…just isn’t enough! Now your money will be taxed when you earn it, taxed when you invest it, and taxed again another 3.6% by Obamacare…if you are fortunate enough to have earned $250,000 a year.

11) Tax on certain Biofuels – The Koch Brothers won’t like this. No wonder they’re investing a fortune in this election…
12-Our personal favorite? Obamacare imposes a $50,000 excise tax on charitable hospitals that fail to meet new “community health assessment needs”, whatever they are.

obamacare would be devastating to the American way!! it’s all about gov’t control,; it’s about obama’s personal agenda; he’s a community organizer; who believes he has the right to ignore our Constitution; and mandate other people’s lives! he should be impeached; as he’s NOT upholding his responsibilities as the President of this great Country. He’s the absolute worst person to hold the honorable position of our presidency.

Really? The end of America? Makes us sound kind of wimpy. We can withstand mother nature’s destructive forces, foreign and not-foreign terrorist attacks, and whatever else has been thrown at us over the years, but policy change will now be the end of America? Hmmmmm……….

I”m not a fan of the President either but to blame him for all of this is a little short sighted. We have a congress that has imposed this. Obama suggests it (sometimes) but it’s the other fools that we have elected to congress that has passed this nightmare. We need to wipe the slate clean and get as many of them as we can out of office. One at a time if that is what it takes. It didn’t take only 3 years to get us into this mess, this has been long coming for decades. It will take us decades to fix it………..one politician at a time.
You are so right Cindy. WE have ALL been using credit cards for a long time…and Congress has just been doing it in ABUNDANCE! But Obamacare…..and its 20 new taxes…is hook, line and sinker…ALL Obama, Pelosi and Reid. They bullied it through, they didn’t read it, and they didn’t care.
Most states already have two-tiered property tax systems where rental property is taxed at a higher rate than owner-occupied primary residences. It’s called split-roll property tax.
For example, in Michigan, the school property tax on rental property is four times the school property tax rate on owner-occupied homes. Michigan has a base school tax rate on all taxable property, plus a “nonhomestead tax” three times as great on rental property.
The vast majority of homeowners support the nonhomestead tax (evidenced by numerous millage elections where the nonhomestead tax passes by huge margins of 2-1, 3-1, 8-1, even 12-1). After all, the vast majority of homeowners do not own nonhomestead property and are exempt from paying this tax.
So why do you squeal about the Obamacare home sales tax when there has been nary a peep about the ongoing unfair taxes on rental property?
The Kitchen Cabinet opposes new taxes on anyone in the U.S. when the economy is in such desperate straits. Many Americans make over $250,000 a year….as a matter of fact a 20-year school teacher in Los Angeles married to a CPA with a small home practice….or the owner of a small dry cleaners with a couple of employees could make $250,000 a year.
We need to devise a way to care for the poor and the elderly, and to empower all other Americans to HELP pay for their own healthcare. Not by overtaxing based on your PRODUCTIVITY. That’s our view.
